In a quiet corner of Ryoan-ji (The temple of the Dragon at Peace), a zen temple in Kyoto famous for its rock garden, lies an old stone wash basin with a square opening in the center. Surrounding the square are four letters, or parts of a letter. When combined with the square, a symbol of "mouth", the letters declare a profound message: "I am content with what I am".

Immersing ourselves in the teachings of Buddhism, we are reminded of the beautiful principle of humility that resonates deeply within our souls. The poignant message echoes softly yet powerfully: "One already has all one needs." As we approach the low-positioned wash basin, a gentle nudge to bend down humbly, we are moved by the profound simplicity and grace of this gesture.
In a time where it is becoming a norm to take things for granted, I just want to go back to the basic of knowing that we already have all that we need to enjoy life..
